Term limits for congressmen and senators to prevent career politicians. Place a cap on total election conributions. Media must must give equal time to all qualified parties after they win the primaries to be heard. Review all congressmen's incomes after they leave office. Elliminate or restrict lobbiests in a way that allows issues to be heard without them.

Housing
For homeowners who have been paying their mortgage for 5 years or longer that have fallen behind in their mortgages, the mortgage holder would add the unpaid mortgage principal to the end of the mortgage. The lender would also add the reduced appraised value to the end of the mortgager and reduce the interest rate to current rates rather than cause the homeowner to default on the loan. Federal government could allocate funds to support the banks to accomplish this with an interest return to the government.
Jobs
All government contracts must be open to general public bids to insure most competent lowest bids are accepted. Undue previous administration's massive government hiring to reduce federal government payrolls.
Laws and Benefits
Should be the same for citizens as for congressmen and senators.
Lehman Brothers
Federal government spent more on the demise of Lehman Brothers than they would have had they restructured Lehman Brothers.
Military Federal Service
Should be mandatory for every citizen upon turning age 18. Illegal aliens would be offered the opportunity to serve and gain citizenship through successful completion of their service.
Federal Funds Allocation
Funds not spent should be used to reduce federal debt not dumped into other projects.
